Say yes to your next English-speaking patient.

Online English classes for mental health professionals aiming to provide psychotherapy in English.

You’re a caring, conscientious mental health professional with so much to give. You know exactly what to say and when.

But in English? You’re not so sure... Using the right words to reflect your patients’ experience, build a therapeutic alliance and guide them towards greater well-being is hard.

Some therapists learn as they go. But not you. You feel a deep sense of responsibility towards your patients. You want to be able to fully attune to them as you do in your native language. So before that, you want to feel sufficiently prepared.

I’m here to help.

Private 60-minute Online Classes

For therapists who need more flexible, personalized English support.

Maybe you started working with English-speaking patients… and then realized you have gaps in your vocabulary or grammar.

Or maybe you don’t want to use English for clinical purposes. You need help doing something else, like teaching a university course in English or giving a presentation at a conference.

I provide a customized study plan based on your unique needs, doubts, and concerns.

1, 2, 3 - Therapy

For therapists who want to work with English-speaking clients but aren’t sure where to start.

This live 12-week course provides the essential expressions, targeted practice, and useful feedback you need to have your first sessions in English.

Together, we’ll practice all the tasks you already carry out in your own language: empathetic attunement, providing psychoeducation, goal setting, gathering information, clarifying misunderstandings and managing early alliance difficulties.

What brings you here?

Hi, I’m Sophie- a Humanistic psychotherapist turned English teacher.

I’m here to help you use more mindful, clear and nuanced language in your English therapy sessions.

My love for my work grows out of genuine curiosity and appreciation for each therapist’s unique communicative approach, and their English challenges and strengths.

As we work together, I channel my inner therapist and teacher. I don’t just teach you grammar and vocabulary. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore, reflect, and discover your own way to find confidence and autonomy as an English-speaking therapist.

If you want to learn and feel supported in your English therapy practice, I’m just a click away.

“I am a psychoanalyst. I started seeing patients in English, then I realized that I needed to expand my vocabulary about emotions and therapy situations. I knew that Sophie's knowledge of psychotherapy was perfect for the English lessons I needed. She is an excellent teacher who constantly adapts to my needs and understands the complexity of therapeutic work well. Since I have attended her classes, I feel much more confident doing therapy in English. I truly recommend her because of her empathy, her professionalism, and her attention to detail.”  -María Cristóbal Graciá
